About Ricardo Cortez
Ricardo Cortez ( Mr. Lowrider Fever) is deeply passionate about lowrider culture and its rich history, especially as it connects to San Jose. He strives to bring a fresh perspective to the scene—one that honors tradition while pushing creative boundaries.
